EVNav TH is a personal, non-commercial hobby project — free, as is, with no warranty and no liability. Plans are estimates; always check before you drive.

These terms govern your use of evnavth.com and the EVNav TH trip-planning service (the “Service”). By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

EVNav TH is a personal, non-commercial hobby project provided free of charge solely as a convenience for planning trips. It is not a navigation system, not a booking or payment service, and not an official information source of any charging operator.

2. No affiliation

EVNav TH is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by PTT Oil and Retail Business PCL (OR), PTT, EV Station PluZ or any vehicle manufacturer. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the charging network and vehicles the Service covers.

3. Data sources and accuracy

Information about charging stations, chargers, power, prices, opening hours and vehicles is compiled from third-party sources, is beyond our control, and may be inaccurate or out of date. We make no representation or warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

4. Plans are estimates — always verify

Charging stops, charging times, battery levels, distances, travel times and costs are model-based estimates, not guarantees. Actual results depend on your vehicle, weather, driving style, traffic and station conditions. Always verify station availability, pricing and access conditions in the charging operator's official app before and during every trip, keep a sufficient battery reserve, obey traffic laws, and never use this or any app while driving.

5. Your responsibility

You alone are responsible for your travel decisions, choice of route and stations, charging, any reservations you make with an operator, compliance with laws and the operator's terms, and the safety of yourself, your passengers and your vehicle.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation accuracy of information, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, the operator of EVNav TH shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Service — including without limitation running out of charge, being stranded, delays, loss of time, unavailable or malfunctioning stations, charging costs, service or idle fees, reservation penalties, towing, or damage to vehicles or property. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, such as for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of EVNav TH against any claims, damages or costs arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these terms.

9. Third-party services

Links to and use of third-party services — such as Google Maps, charging operators' apps and OpenStreetMap map data — are governed by those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for their content or operation.

10. Fair use and changes

Do not scrape, overload or resell the Service. We may block abusive traffic and may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Accounts are optional and free. You can delete yours at any time; we may suspend or remove accounts that are misused, and we do not guarantee that saved trips are kept forever.

11. Governing law and contact
