Frequently asked questions

How do I plan a trip?

Pick a start (or “Current location”) and a destination, choose your car, set the battery level now and tap “Plan trip”. The planner picks charging stops from your car's charging curve and shows charging time, arrival battery and an estimated cost. Long trips can be split into days, and the route opens in Google Maps or Apple Maps. Plans are estimates: always check the stations before you drive.

Where are my saved trips?

Saving a trip needs no account: on the web it is kept in that browser, in the iOS app it is kept on the phone (Trips tab). If you sign in (optional), trips and garage cars are kept in your account on every device; trips saved on the phone or in the browser move into your account when you sign in.

How do I delete my account?

In the iOS app: Settings > Account > Manage account > Delete account. On the web: profile menu > Manage account > Delete account. Deleting the account also deletes the trips and settings kept in it. If that does not work for you, email hello@evnavth.com.

How does the app use my location?

The app asks for location only “While Using the App”: to set the start point, follow a trip in driving mode and find chargers near the car (CarPlay). Details are in the privacy notice.
